While attending law school, Evy Zavala received invaluable tutelage from the federal bench when he was selected to be a judicial extern for the Honorable Terry J. Hatter, Jr., Chief Judge of the United States District Court (C.D.Cal.). After graduating from law school, Evy entered private practice where he received mentoring from corporate litigators and former prosecutors, successfully representing a wide range of clients in business, sports, entertainment, criminal, and injury law. His clients have ranged from blue-collar workers, law enforcement, and politicians to professional athletes, musicians, and media conglomerates. Mr. Zavala holds an impressive track record representing clients in diverse areas of law, including nearly every type of criminal case from DUI and white collar crimes to serious gang cases and murder.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Zavala serves on the Corporate Advisory Board of the University of Southern California's Latino Alumni Association’s and serves on Vanguard University’s Athletic Counsel. Evy previously served on the Board of the Christian Legal Society, as well as serving as Chief Counsel and Board Member of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference, advocating in Washington D.C for over 42,000 Hispanic Evangelical churches.
Mr. Zavala received his B.A. from the University of Southern California in 1999 and his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2002. Evy is admitted to practice in all California state and federal courts.
